The Allied Health team offer a range of services for clients engaged with Mansfield Autism both remotely and in Mansfield.
Occupational Therapy
Working with individuals and their families to improve their ability to perform activities ('occupations') that children and young people need and want to do in their everyday lives. These include:
Self-care skills (dressing, feeding, sleeping, toileting)
Social and emotional skills
School performance
Fine & gross motor skill development
Sensory Processing
Independent Living Skills

Assistance in implementing robust and functional communication approaches through the use of a range of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies.
Allied Health Assistants
Two Allied Health Assistants work alongside the Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist and are based at the Mansfield farm.
For Mansfield based clients, our therapists develop and oversee a therapy plan that is delivered by our trained allied health assistants. Allowing for regular intervention to meet client NDIS goals.
