Full time positions available
Are you a passionate educator who wants to make a real difference in the lives of autistic students and those with diverse support needs?
About the role:
We have two positions available.
One permanent ongoing Teachers Assistant Role, Full Time Monday to Friday commencing Term 2, 2026.
One fixed term Teachers Assistant Role, Full Time, Monday to Friday from Term 2, 2026 to Term 4 2026.
Under the guidance of the classroom Teacher, the assistant will support with the development, implementation and monitoring of educational and management plans and the general health, happiness and wellbeing of the students in their class.
About you:
- You have or are working towards qualification in teaching or education support.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with a diagnosis of Autism.
- You have a strong sense of empathy and a warm and welcoming disposition.
- You are a team player and are able to adapt to a fast changing environment.

Casual positions available
Are you compassionate, patient and reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills? If yes, we want to hear from you.
Previous experience in disability or autism support preferred but not essential. We offer a supportive team environment, structured autism strategies to guide your work and opportunities to grow and learn every day. You will have access to hands-on-training, one on-one mentoring and shadow shifts to set you up for success.
Casual position of minimum 15-20 hours per week, with potential to move to part-time. Shifts available on a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers. Flexibility and reliability are essential.
