Accessing our Services
- You will need to provide us with a copy of your child’s Autism Diagnosis
- We will then organise an Initial Access Visit
To discuss any of our services further or to request an Initial Access Interview please get in touch through our CONTACT US page. Let us know which services you are interested in or would like to discuss further. Our services are eligible for all individuals with Autism living in Victoria (0 – 18 years). To receive service we will need a copy of your child’s autism diagnosis – you may email us a copy or send by post.
Once we receive a copy of your child’s diagnosis we will visit you at home. Our regional coordinator will complete an ‘Initial Access Visit’ this visit allows us to gather some information about the person on the autism spectrum and your family. The Initial Access Visit will establish your current needs and some broad goals for the individual with autism. The Initial Access Visit will answer all your questions about our services and get you started with our model of care.
We are a family centred organisation and look forward to working with you and your family.
