Residential Carers – Mansfield Based
Working within a team environment to provide the highest service and support to our clients (junior and adult) within the residences.
We endeavour to provide an environment, which builds on our clients strengths and fosters their positive development.
It is the responsibility of the Residential Care Workers to care for the safety, health, happiness, training and general well-being of the clients.
Residential Care Workers are members of an active team of staff, who are rostered on for shifts throughout the week, weekends and overnight.
Autism experience is not essential as we provide ASD specific induction and an ongoing training programme.
Teachers – Mansfield Based
The program at our Mansfield campus is individual, flexible & strengths based. We tailor all programs towards reducing anxiety, building capacity and developing personal self. We have a strong emphasis on health and well-being, taking care to provide our students with an active and balanced lifestyle. We are a technology free program.
- Recognized University or Tertiary teaching qualifications
- Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Special Education qualification/s preferred
- Experience working with students with a diagnosis of ASD is preferred but not essential
We provide a supportive team environment with ongoing professional development.
Mansfield Autism Practitioners (MAPS) – Victorian Based
Our MAP team is made up of a group of dedicated and unique (behaviour support) practitioners who work closely with young people with Autism and their families. If you are a Teacher, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist or a Psychologist who is looking for a job which is out of the ordinary, then we would like to hear from you A special interest in Autism is desired, as is the ability to travel widely around the State.
